Long before Eric became a business owner, he learned his trade on the job as a journeyman carpenter. Over the past 30 years, he has furthered his pursuit of craftsmanship and passion for architecture by gathering together likeminded individuals to form the core of EVR Fine Homes. A strong emphasis on collaboration and a lifetime of experience in the mountains keeps the EVR team at the leading edge of residential construction in the corridor.

Julius likes nothing better than the challenge of building architecturally-beautiful and sophisticated homes. Cutting his teeth as a journeyman carpenter, Julius has been in the homebuilding business in Whistler for the past 20 years, building spectacular homes in a world-class environment. He says one of the best parts of the job at EVR is showing their clients what it means to call Whistler home.

After graduating from Queen’s University, Cathy’s west coast life began with a “ski Whistler for one season” plan, but as almost everyone knows, one season is never enough. Working with Eric and Julius for the last decade, Cathy is an integral member of the EVR team, keeping the entire business running smoothly. For Cathy, seeing the custom builds evolve from concept and drawings to exceptional homes is both rewarding and inspiring.
